This Privacy Policy explains how MINIFUNKIDS SL (“Minifunkids”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes information in connection with Minifunkids Immersive Ocean, a virtual reality application distributed through the Meta Horizon Store.
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Minifunkids Immersive Ocean. The general privacy policy applicable to the Minifunkids website is available separately on our website.

2. Information Processed by the App
Minifunkids Immersive Ocean is designed to collect and process only the minimum information necessary for the application to operate on the Meta Horizon platform.
The App may receive or process the following information through the Meta Platform SDK:
Meta User ID
The App may receive an application-specific Meta User ID as required by Meta platform services.
The User ID is used only where necessary to interact with Meta platform functionality, including verifying access to the application and requesting the user’s age category.
Minifunkids does not use the Meta User ID to identify the user by name, build a profile, advertise to the user, track the user across services or contact the user.
User Age Group
Minifunkids Immersive Ocean is intended for mixed-age audiences permitted by Meta.
Minifunkids Immersive Ocean is designed for users aged 10 and over and is not directed to children under 10 years of age. More information about the App is available at https://minifunkids.com/immersive-ocean/.
The App requests the user’s age category from Meta through the Meta User Age Group / Get Age Category API.
The App receives only an age category provided by Meta. Minifunkids does not request or receive the user’s exact age or date of birth.
The age category is requested once during an App session and is used only to comply with Meta’s age-group requirements.
Entitlement Information
The App performs a Meta entitlement check to verify that the Meta account launching the App has legitimate access to Minifunkids Immersive Ocean.
Minifunkids does not receive or store the user’s payment card or other payment information. Purchases and payment processing are handled by Meta.
VR Device and Interaction Data
To provide the virtual reality experience, the App processes standard input provided by Meta Horizon OS, such as headset position and orientation and controller or hand input where applicable.
This information is used in real time to render the virtual environment and enable interaction with the App.
Minifunkids does not transmit or persistently store raw headset tracking, controller tracking or hand tracking information on Minifunkids servers.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
Minifunkids Immersive Ocean does not ask users to provide:
- their name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- postal address;
- precise location;
- photographs;
- voice recordings;
- contact lists;
- social-media information;
- health or medical records;
- diagnoses or disability information.
The App does not contain user-to-user chat or messaging.
The App does not use personal information for advertising or behavioral profiling.
The App does not sell personal information.
The App does not use the Meta User ID or age category for marketing purposes.
4. How We Use Information
Information received through Meta platform services is used only for the following purposes:
- verifying that the user is entitled to access Minifunkids Immersive Ocean;
- obtaining the user’s Meta age category as required for a mixed-age application;
- operating the App and providing its virtual reality interactions;
- complying with Meta Horizon platform requirements;
- maintaining the security and integrity of the App.
We do not use the Meta User ID or age category to create advertising profiles, conduct behavioral advertising or make decisions about a user’s health, education or medical condition.
5. Children and Younger Users
Minifunkids Immersive Ocean may be made available to younger users only where permitted by Meta and through Meta account arrangements applicable to that user’s age and region.
Minifunkids does not ask children to provide their name, contact information, exact age, date of birth, health information or other personal details.
For younger users, the App receives only the age category made available by Meta that is necessary to comply with Meta’s age-group requirements.

6. Storage and Retention
Minifunkids does not operate a backend database for storing Meta User IDs or Meta age-category information used by Minifunkids Immersive Ocean.
The Meta User ID and age category used by the App are processed only as necessary during the App session and are not persistently stored by Minifunkids.
VR tracking and interaction data used for gameplay are processed locally for the operation of the experience and are not stored by Minifunkids on external servers.
7. Sharing of Information
Minifunkids does not sell, rent or disclose Meta User IDs or age-category information to advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.
Minifunkids does not use third-party advertising networks in Minifunkids Immersive Ocean.
Meta provides the platform, account, Store, entitlement and age-category services used by the App. Meta processes information according to Meta’s own terms and privacy practices.
This Privacy Policy describes the information processed by Minifunkids in connection with the App and does not replace Meta’s own privacy policy. You can read the Meta Privacy Policy on Meta’s website.
8. International Data Transfers
Minifunkids does not transfer Meta User IDs or age-category information to its own servers outside the user’s device as part of the normal operation described in this policy.
Meta may process information in different countries as part of providing Meta Horizon platform services. Such processing is governed by Meta’s own privacy terms and policies.
9. Legal Basis for Processing
Where European data-protection law applies, Minifunkids processes the limited information described above only where necessary to provide and securely operate the App and to comply with the technical and platform requirements applicable to distribution through Meta Horizon.
We process only the minimum information necessary for these purposes.
10. Data Security
Minifunkids applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the App.
We minimize privacy risk by avoiding persistent storage of Meta User IDs and age-category information and by not operating a user-profile database for Minifunkids Immersive Ocean.
11. Your Privacy Rights and Data Deletion
All users of Minifunkids Immersive Ocean, regardless of their country, region, residence or geographic location, may request the deletion of any personal information that MINIFUNKIDS SL has collected or stored in connection with the App. This right to request deletion is available to every user worldwide and is not dependent on the privacy laws applicable in the user’s jurisdiction.

MINIFUNKIDS SL does not charge any fee for submitting or processing a data deletion request.
Minifunkids Immersive Ocean does not operate a backend database that persistently stores Meta User IDs or Meta age-category information. These data are processed only as necessary during the App session. Therefore, in many cases MINIFUNKIDS SL may not hold any App-related personal information to delete. If we receive a deletion request and do not hold any personal information relating to the requester, we will inform the requester accordingly.
If MINIFUNKIDS SL does hold personal information relating to Minifunkids Immersive Ocean, we will delete it upon a valid deletion request, unless retention is required by applicable law. If deletion cannot be completed for a lawful reason, we will explain the reason to the requester.
Information held directly by Meta, including Meta account information, purchases and other information associated with a Meta account, is controlled by Meta and must be managed through Meta’s own privacy and account-management tools.
In addition to this universal right to request deletion from MINIFUNKIDS SL, users may have other privacy rights under the laws applicable to them, such as rights of access, correction, restriction, objection or portability. Users in the European Economic Area may also lodge a complaint with their competent data-protection supervisory authority.
12. Third-Party Services
Minifunkids Immersive Ocean does not use third-party advertising services or third-party services to build user profiles from Meta User Data.
The App relies on Meta Horizon platform services required for distribution and operation, including platform initialization, entitlement verification and age-category functionality.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App, its data practices, applicable law or Meta Horizon platform requirements change.
